$12 Hourly EOE Performs routine work in supervising participants and monitoring activities in gymnasiums.
Provides facility set-up and break-down in accordance with programming and events and performs light cleaning duties.
Does related work as required.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1) Enforces all rules and regulations of the practice gymnasiums.
2) Making sure no foul language or other obscene behavior occurs.
3) Ensures the safety and well-being of all guests in practice gymnasiums.
4) Interacts with participants as needed to maintain a positive environment and provide excellent customer service.
5) Removes offending users from the gymnasium per facility policies which could include calling the Cabot Police Department (non-emergency) for assistance, depending on the severity of the situation.
6) Handling customer problems and complaints.
7) Clocking in and out on Timeclock Plus or submitting a timecard if needed.
8) Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
9) Responsible for upholding Cabot Parks and Recreation policies and procedures, as well as ordinances set forth by the City of Cabot.
10) Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
1) Must be 16 years of age or older 2) Must be able to work night and weekends Miscellaneous Information Additional Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Needed:
1) Ability to understand, follow, and carry out oral and written instructions.
2) Ability to work unsupervised.
3) Ability to understand, follow, and carry out oral and written instructions.
4) Ability to work unsupervised.
