Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame.
- Monitor and control the quality of roofs/siding/gutters being installed.
-Quickly and efficently address customer concerns and keep customer, office, rep and management in the loop via open communication and reporting via notes and documenation in our online CRM.
-Pull permits and schedule inspections when needed.
-Always answer phone and texts from customers, reps, crews.
-Schedule jobs with customers, create work orders, schedule material delivery, and ensure proper installs.
-Take customer service and communication seriously when there is a problem.
-Communicate with Crew Chief - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production line.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
-Willing and actively, independently learning about roofing, siding, gutter and general construction products and installation practices.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a construction or roofing environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction and roofing, or willing to learn about roofing.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and verifying dimensions.
-Real roofing Production / Supervisor experience highly preferred.
